Faith. Family. Fitness. Finance. Fellowship. Something always gives, and you're back at square one. The Personal Flywheel is a whole-life system built to hold all five at once, faithfulness and results together, so this time the cycle actually breaks.
Join the Founding Group →We set your goal together. If you don't hit it in 3 months, we keep working until you do.
You get a burst of momentum. Something disrupts it, a busy season at work, a sick kid, a bad week. You drift. A few months later you restart, same list, same good intentions, same eventual drift.
That cycle isn't a discipline problem. It's a system problem. Motivation was never going to hold four competing areas of your life together on its own. It never has, for anyone.
A productivity system that handled work fine and had nothing to say about your marriage or your walk with God.
A men's group that gave you real connection once a week and zero structure for the other six days.
A New Year's goal, a 75-day challenge, a habit tracker app. All useful for a few weeks. None of them built to hold four life domains at once, so the first one that gets busy wins, and the rest quietly lose. None of that means you're weak. It means none of it was actually built for what you're carrying.
It's not another productivity system bolted onto your faith. It's a whole-life operating system built on one idea: God has already given you the grace, his sustaining power, to succeed at every role he's called you to. He didn't set you up to fail.
Productivity is not the enemy here. Productivity chasing anything outside God's ways is just an illusion of your best self. If winning at work is costing you your family or your walk with God, that's not actually winning.
You get honest about where you actually stand today, not where you assume, across faith, family, fitness, finance, and fellowship. Real gaps, not vague ones.
You get specific about where you actually want to go, what a faithful, thriving life looks like for you across all five areas, not somebody else's version of it.
You don't try to close every gap at once. You pick the few things that actually matter right now, the bridge between where you are and where you're headed, and you build around that.
Your priorities become measurable habits and a real scorecard. Not a feeling. A number you can be proud of.
This is the part that actually makes it stick. Real 1:1 time with me, weekly group meetings to review the scorecard and work through what's actually stuck, and daily community support so you're not carrying it alone between meetings.
You don't pick from a menu. You set one real goal in each of the five areas, and I make sure each one is honest and doable. Not a wish. Something you can actually hit in 90 days. Here are some examples of what men work on.
Pray and read scripture before you touch your phone, five mornings a week.
A weekly date night with your wife, protected on the calendar.
Drop 15 pounds and train four mornings a week.
Finally launch the income stream you keep putting off.
Two real friendships you can call at 11pm, not just small talk.
The one that matters most becomes the goal we set together at the start, the one I stand behind until you hit it.
You don't have to overhaul your life to do this. The week is simple on purpose. A plan you can't keep is not a plan.
You open your scorecard and see the few things that actually matter today. No guessing about what to work on. We give you the system and the direction. You bring the execution, on the right things at the right time.
You mark the essential things you got done and post it to the group. This is where you get to be proud of your day. The other men see it, cheer you on, and call you up when you go quiet. Nobody drifts alone.
The whole group meets for 1 hour. We look back at your week together, what went well, what needs to pivot, and where you got stuck. Then you build your action plan for the week ahead, so you leave knowing exactly what to run at next.
The difference isn't just execution. It's executing on the right things, inside the right system, with the mindset to actually succeed. That's the part most men are missing, and it's exactly what we build with you.

I've always been a productivity junkie. Give me a system and I'll find a way to squeeze more out of it.
For years, I told myself the same thing whenever things got hard: just get over this one hump, this project, this obstacle, this new business idea, and then it'll calm down. It never did.
Eventually I ended up in executive leadership at a non-profit organization I loved, running a large staff and all the day-to-day operations. At the same time, I had three kids under four at home.
I figured I just needed a better tool, a better system. I was good at delegating, good at hiring, good at building a team. And I kept getting more exhausted anyway.
I finally found out why. I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. My body was shutting down on me.
My doctor told me I had to radically rethink how I was living. Hustle culture tells you to keep your foot on the gas no matter what. I've come to believe God was using my sickness as a wake up call that things needed to change.
The worst part was that I would have told you my family was a priority, but my calendar and how present I actually was when I walked through the door said something else. They were getting whatever was left of me at the end of the day, and most days that wasn't much.
I knew that wasn't right. I just kept assuming it would get better once I made it through whatever I was currently pushing through. It didn't, not until a doctor forced the issue.
That's one of the reasons I left the organization I loved, to go find a way to actually win at work, with my family, and in my walk with God, all at once, instead of sacrificing one for the others.
Full Focus came later, a different chapter entirely. I spent years there as Director of Certification and Sales, overseeing 500 coaches and personally working hands-on with hundreds of them, training them on how to win at work and win at life. That wasn't theory. That was the actual work, day in and day out, with real coaches and real results on the line.
Now I'm bringing everything I learned there, paired with my Master of Divinity and what actually got me my life back, into a system that's more explicitly faith-driven than most of the productivity systems out there.
This exact beta group hasn't run yet, so I won't invent a Personal Flywheel testimonial that doesn't exist. What I can show you is that this isn't a new idea I'm testing on you. It's the same system I've used on myself and with other men for years, just now built into one whole-life structure instead of scattered across separate conversations.
I used this same approach on myself to get healthy: cut out sugar and dairy, and made it stick, because it was a scorecard and a rhythm, not a burst of willpower.
I helped a business owner have one 15-minute call with me that saved him 10 hours a week, time he now spends with his family instead of buried in his business.
While I was at Full Focus, I helped a client finally write the book he'd been circling for years, and I helped another man take his consulting business from an idea to actually launched.
Over the years, I've helped hundreds of men build spiritual disciplines simple enough to actually do every day, not a devotional plan that looks good on paper and dies by week two.
Different men, different domains, faith, family, fitness, finance, fellowship. Same underlying system. The Personal Flywheel is that system, finally built to hold all five at once instead of one at a time.
I'm still not perfect at this. Life still gets in the way. But there are things I do consistently now that keep me growing, keep me looking more like Christ, and keep me emotionally present with my family instead of just physically present in the room.
God first, family second, work third. Not as a tagline. As the actual sequence decisions get made in. It's never either/or. It can be both/and, if the structure is right.
This isn't a course I hand off and check back on later. I'm in it with you.
We start with the Commissioning Call, up to 90 minutes together, where we go deep on where you actually are and where you're headed, and build your first 90-Day Priorities.
Every week, I'm in the cohort meeting with you and the other men, looking at real scorecards and working through what's actually stuck.
Every day, I'm reachable in the community. If a bad Tuesday is threatening to turn into a lost month, you don't wait for the next scheduled call to say something.
You're not buying access to a system. You're buying direct access to me, working the system alongside you.
That's exactly the problem this solves, not a reason to skip it. You're not adding a fifth thing to juggle. You're building the system that keeps the four you already have from constantly colliding.
Most do, because a weekly check-in with no scorecard is just a conversation. This pairs the weekly meeting with an actual number to look at, so drift shows up in week one instead of hiding until it's a full restart.
That's what the 90-Day Priorities step is for. You're not trying to fix everything at once. You're picking what matters most for this specific season, and building from there.
Good. The Where-You-Are-Now step will show you exactly where the real gap is instead of you guessing, so you're not spending energy on the areas that don't actually need it.
That's a fair concern, and it's exactly why the cadence includes a real 1:1, weekly touchpoints, and daily community instead of a one-time course you complete once and forget.
Nobody's asking you to be consistent on willpower alone. That's the whole point of the accountability layer. The system carries weight your motivation was never built to carry by itself.
At the start, we map out your top goal for the 3 months together. It has to be realistic, and I sign off on it with you. No vague goals, no moving the target after the fact.
If you don't hit it by the end of the 3 months, we keep working with you until you do. You're not paying for 3 months of my time. You're paying to actually accomplish the goal we set together.
Real coaching, real cohort, not a course dumped on a thousand people. If you're tired of the same cycle, momentum, disruption, drift, restart, this is built to actually break it. Not with more motivation. With a system built to hold all five parts of your life at once.
